Abhishek Gattani is a senior director at Walmart Labs and, as head of search, spearheaded the launch of the company’s search engine and e-commerce platform, Polaris. Having led to a 15% increase in sales, the platform now powers Walmart’s e-commerce products, including Walmart.com, store search, mobile web, and mobile apps.
